Notifications

Open Settings & More → Notifications from Settings & More, or the bell in the header. The list is organisation-wide: everyone on the workspace sees the same items, with their own read/unread state.

What appears

• A teammate joins the organisation.
• A donation is confirmed (payment received).
• A checkout fails (payment failed).
• A gift is refunded.

Confirmed gifts also stay in Fundraise → Transactions. WhatsApp live alerts are separate — they only go to the paired number, and only for campaigns you ticked in Integrations → WhatsApp Updates.

Email notifications

1. On Settings & More → Notifications, click Enable email notifications.
2. New items that appear in that list are also sent to the email on your account, using the same 1 NGO mail service as invitations.
3. Click Disable email notifications anytime to stop. This only changes your account — teammates opt in for themselves.

Turning email on does not resend older notifications. Only activity that arrives after you enable it is emailed.
