Connect a custom domain

Add DNS records at your registrar and verify each hostname in 1 NGO.

Step 1 — Choose the page surface

Open Integrations → Domains and pick the page you want to host (for example give.yourorg.org for the donate page).

Step 2 — Add DNS records

Create the CNAME and ownership TXT records shown for that host at your DNS provider. Exact values are generated per organisation when domain automation is enabled.

Step 3 — Wait for verification

Propagation can take a few minutes to several hours. The dashboard shows pending, verified, and active TLS states separately.
